Looking for inspiration to move my ass!! Hi! My name is Missy and getting myself back into shape before I turn 40 is my main goal. I've put things off as long as I can and I have till January to make it happen. I really want to hit my 40's in the best shape of my life. So far I'm down 51lbs. Any help with, motivation, training views, or ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Height = 6'0"
Starting weight = 288lbs (1/4/2012)
Weight = 262lbs (2/6/2012)
Weight = 258lbs (2/20/2012) (1st goal)
Weight = 250lbs (3/6/2012)
Weight = 246lbs (3/12/12)
Weight = 237 (4/2/12)
Current - 228 (8/23/13) (2nd goal)
Cardio = 6 days a week (insanity, Slim in Six, swimming, running laps and stairs to name a few)
Weight lifting = All over body workout at the gym 3 days a week.
Eating = NO POP (was a maaaaajor addict...stopped cold turkey), weigh all my food in proper portions, limit my intake of Potato's to once or twice a week, and eating lots of veggies and fruit. Eat about every two hours to keep my metabolism up and running.
Goal one = 250's (check)
Goal two = 220's (After a Year of medical complications and a Yo-Yo of weight gain and loss.......CHECK!)
Goal three = below 200
Final goal = 175 to 182
